About how software could help us manage everything better

Hey everyone! I run a small driving school and lately I’ve been thinking about how software could help us manage everything better. Right now, we handle scheduling and student records manually, but as we’re growing, it’s starting to feel pretty overwhelming. I’m curious if any of you use specialized software for driving schools? I’d love to hear any recommendations or even just general insights on what features to look for. I’d imagine things like automated scheduling and maybe a way to track student progress would be helpful. Are there other must-have features I should know about? And is it easy to get staff on board with new software? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
